Just recently had triple M come out and remediate some asbestos laden flooring. The price was reasonable, the crew did a good job. The kicker for me was how dedicated my rep, Mike, was for seeing the project through. These guys travel all around the state and I was never forgotten-great communication and dedication to getting the whole job squared up. No one likes having remediation issues (mold, asbestos, etc.), but these guys did a good job. Customer service was clearly important to them, and they deserve the 5 stars. Thank you M3!

I did not use this company's services. I called and spoke with one of the employees or the owner and he was very helpful. What I needed was to be able to speak to someone to not only get prices but answer all the various questions I had. He actually sounded like he knew what he was talking about and didn't give me the same "well assume everything has _____ in it".

M3 is a premier demolition company. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and complete the job in an excellent manner. 10/10 recommend.

I hired M3 to remove asbestos from a heating duct. I cannot recommend Jon and his team to you more. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. Logan and the rest of the crew are finishing our removal of lead and it WAS A JOB. They were great and have taken a lot of care for our situation and home. I recommend them fully... I also recommend making sure your quote is itemized as there was a bit of confusion as to what walls/ceilings need to be replaced- but that was very minor in comparison to the level of care they had for our home. M3 was recommended to me by a neighbor among other mold remediation companies. Why did I choose M3? Jon was fantastic from the very first phone call. I was in a bit of a panic with a mold issue, and he was thorough, patient, and super kind. Dewey, who was also super nice, came out to take pictures and measurements. Jon was communicative and helpful during the quote process. Once the contract was signed, the job was done that same week! The crew was fantastic in that they were respectful of my home and did exceptional work. They honestly went beyond my expectations! The work was done in less than a day and upon completion Jon came out to check on things and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend M3!

Jon and his crew do professional, affordable, and fast work. I needed a small patch of asbestos siding removed from a difficult-to-access spot. Jon drove out to talk me through my options and explain what would happen during removal. His quote was very fair and I was on the schedule immediately (and even got it done sooner than that when he had an opening pop up!). On the actual removal day, he arrived promptly and the work was done, testing and all, in just a few hours. He even installed a nicer temporary siding than I had expected!

The most outstanding things are easily his great communication skills (an absolute must but a rarity for property maintenance), and his respect for my property and pets. Jon left the site cleaner than he arrived and went out of his way to protect my pets from noise and any accidental debris exposure. I couldn't be happier with the work and the company.

Had a chance to sit in on a meeting with the owner of Mid Michigan Management and couldn't say enough good about him. The way he speaks about his company goals and future you can tell he truly cares for his employees and his clientele. Lucky to have found these guys. I hired them to remove asbestos tile from my basement. It was a huge, messy job, but the crew showed up right on time every day ready to rock and roll. I also appreciated the communication from them, and the way they left the job-they didn't leave any mess, and everything was done extremely well. I have another similar project coming in the future and will be hiring these guys again.

My basement just flooded and I was in a bad spot. Mid Michigan Management saved the day. I couldn't believe how fast and professional they were. They exceeded my expectations at every turn and had all of the soaking wet carpet in my basement ripped up and hauled away within 45 minutes. The mold remediation they did was incredible, my young daughter has asthma and they showed that they cared and vested in making sure everything was correct and safe, that goes a long way. I highly recommend calling them for any service. First class all the way and very fair priced!

I recently purchased a commercial 'investment property'. I knew it had issues and invited Jon out to look things over for me. As expected, the building had asbestos pipe elbows, caulk and some floor tile. Mid Michigan Management was quick to safely remove all of the material--they started on time and finished the job up when they told me they would. They even followed up to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Working with contractors before, I expected a lot of hassle but I did not get any grief in working with this company. Had questions regarding home inspection, spoke with John and he sent someone out the same day to get samples. When results were back he took the time to explain everything so that we could understand. Thankful that we got a professional opinion. Made the results not nearly as bad! Will definitely recommend !

I reached out to Mid Michigan management to come check out our home before a planned renovation to check for possible asbestos, as they had helped with some attic mold at a previous home. Not only were they quick and professional they were a pleasure to work with and put us at ease. I would highly recommend them in future for anyone in need of their services!

I had wet carpeting in my basement, which led to the discovery that I had a foundation problem... And a mold problem. Not only did Mid Michigan Management help me discover the source of the water and fix the water problem, they did the mold abatement. They were entirely professional and really sympathetic to the stress the mold caused me. They even went so far as to recommend a company which came out and took air samples to identify the type of mold so I could be treated medically. I highly recommend this company... If you have mold, you need them!
